Lake Yojoa is a honey process coffee from 7 producers throughout the Santa Barbara mountain in Honduras. Coffee cherries are picked carefully at peak ripeness then puled and placed into concrete tanks to ferment for 12 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is set out to dry for 10-14 days. Expect a very approachable and clean cup!
