From the original warehouse in Denton to what Lemma is today, our focus has always been quality and hospitality. Lemma Coffee Co was launched in 2017 by Daniel Baum. Our early days were spent working farmers markets and attending events with our coffee truck (rip).

In 2019 we opened our first cafe in downtown Carrollton, in 2020 we opened our second location in Frisco and in 2022 opened our third shop in downtown Plano.

Throughout our growth we’ve worked to refine our processes from top to bottom. We seek partnerships at origin (where our coffee is grown) that create sustainability and positive impact. We then meticulously roast each batch and train the craft of being a talented barista so our customers receive the best possible product.

This company wouldn’t be where it is without the relentless effort of our staff, wholesale partners, and the support of our customers and friends.
