Specialty coffee begins at origin. To source some of the finest coffee grown, we partner with producers and exporters who incentivize exceptional farming and processing practices. This results in a sustainable supply chain where farmers are paid a premium for high scoring specialty coffee. Since Lemma was founded in 2017, we’ve implemented a meticulous approach to how we roast, QC and brew. For Lemma cafes and our partners, we continue to refine our barista training practices to make them digestible and repeatable.
