refund policy

The Lemma online store has a 14 day return policy.

If your order is outside of this window, we cannot guarantee you a refund. If your order claims to be delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with us ASAP.

Merchandise that has been worn or used, does not quality for a refund.

Please contact us as soon as you can if you are experiencing any issues.

Coffee bags that have been opened, do not qualify for a refund.

All coffee purchases that select a grind setting other than “whole bean”, do not qualify for a refund. This is due to the number of variables involved with brewing coffee. We recommend purchasing a burr grinder to eliminate this problem, and to keep the coffee whole bean as long as possible to assure freshness.


when will my order ship?

All online orders are roasted on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. The order cutoff is midnight the day before. If you place your order on a Wednesday, and we do not have this inventory on hand, your order will be roasted the following Monday.


I selected pickup at store, when will it be ready?

Once you receive your shipping / pickup confirmation email, your order will be ready at the designated store after 3pm.
