As a barista, you are a crucial part of providing an exceptional product and experience. You provide great customer service to everyone who walks through our door and you are eager to develop your skill with craft coffee.
Job duties:
Provide exceptional customer service
Brew fresh coffee
Develop craft coffee skill
Prepare food items to standard
Operate a clean and efficient bar
Provide a clean and tidy store
Prepare daily food backups
Clean dishes and food prep utensils
Assure our store is a community hub

Key holder
As a key holder, you set the standard for the tone of the shift. You ensure the shop is spotless. Your barista skills are top-notch, you understand Lemma’s expectations, and continue to spread the excitement of serving craft coffee.
Job duties:
Daily inventory & cash counting
Enforce our standards on bar
Operate a clean and efficient bar
Provide a clean and tidy store
Push our store culture
Push customer service
Push quality across the board
Provide feedback to employees
Delegate tasks to baristas
Assure our store is a community hub
Act as manager on duty when applicable
